Date colectate: Datele personale colectate prin formularul de rezervare pot include: nume, prenume, numar de telefon, adresa de e-mail, locatia evenimentului, data evenimentului si alte informatii transmise voluntar de client.
Scopul prelucrarii: Aceste date sunt colectate si utilizate exclusiv pentru analizarea cererii de rezervare, contactarea clientului, pregatirea si confirmarea evenimentului si desfasurarea serviciilor DJ solicitate.
Temeiul legal: Temeiul legal al prelucrarii este, in principal, solicitarea de masuri precontractuale la cererea persoanei vizate (art. 6 alin. 1 lit. b GDPR) si, dupa caz, executarea contractului sau obligatii legale.
Transfer catre terti: DJ Radu nu vinde, nu inchiriaza si nu transfera datele personale catre terti in scopuri comerciale sau de marketing. Datele nu sunt folosite ulterior pentru campanii promotionale fara acordul explicit al persoanei vizate.
Durata stocarii: Datele transmise prin formular sunt pastrate doar atat timp cat este necesar pentru gestionarea cererii si desfasurarea evenimentului. Dupa finalizarea contractului si indeplinirea obligatiilor legale aplicabile, datele sunt sterse, cu exceptia informatiilor care trebuie pastrate conform legii pentru evidente contabile sau fiscale.
Drepturile tale: Persoana vizata are dreptul de a solicita accesul la datele sale, rectificarea, stergerea, restrictionarea prelucrarii si opozitia, in conditiile prevazute de lege.

Indsamlede oplysninger: Personoplysninger, der indsamles via bookingformularen, kan omfatte: fornavn, efternavn, telefonnummer, e-mailadresse, arrangementssted, arrangementsdato og andre oplysninger, som kunden frivilligt oplyser.
Formal med behandlingen: Disse oplysninger indsamles og bruges udelukkende til behandling af bookingforesprgslen, kontakt med kunden, forberedelse og bekraeftelse af arrangementet samt levering af de anskede DJ-ydelser.
Retsligt grundlag: Det retlige grundlag for behandlingen er primaert foranstaltninger forud for en aftale, som den registrerede har anmodet om (art. 6, stk. 1, litra b, GDPR), og hvor det er relevant, opfyldelse af en kontrakt eller retlige forpligtelser.
Videregivelse til tredjepart: DJ Radu saelger, udlejer eller videregiver ikke personoplysninger til tredjepart til kommercielle eller markedsfaringsmassige formal. Oplysningerne bruges ikke senere til reklamekampagner uden den registreredes udtrykkelige samtykke.
Opbevaringsperiode: Data, der sendes via formularen, opbevares kun sa laenge, det er nadvendigt for at behandle foresprgslen og gennemfare arrangementet. Nar aftalen er afsluttet, og eventuelle lovpligtige forpligtelser er opfyldt, slettes oplysningerne.
Dine rettigheder: Den registrerede har ret til indsigt i sine oplysninger, berigtigelse, sletning, begraensning af behandlingen og indsigelse i henhold til lovgivningen.
